About Jo
Jo is a BACP accredited and registered counsellor who works with male and female clients of all ages. Jo has trained in person centred and psychodynamic approaches. She currently works with young people and adults within a Counselling agency in Hitchin. Jo also has a private practice for adults in Arlesey. Previous experience within a Stevenage agency included working with adults in a time limited way, as well as on an open ended basis.
Jo works with those who are struggling with life issues such as depression, loss, anxiety, relational/work issues, abuse, bereavement and existential crisis.
Jo also teaches, preaches and runs workshops on mental and emotional health, within the Church.

About Becky
Becky is a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy .(BACP)
Becky works creatively and compassionately with adolescents and adults and is experienced with a range of presenting issues such
Bereavement, Anxiety and Depression, Self-harm, Body Dysmorphia and relational issues and has extensive experience working in schools and charities.
Becky understands the importance of building a relationship of trust with clients and to walk alongside to support and empower them in difficult times.
Talking in a safe space can enable you to explore your internal world and understand your thou its and feelings, to gain insight and better understand what you might need.
