Janet is an ordained minister, trainer and an ACC accredited registered counsellor working with both male, female and couples as clients.   She has previously worked as a counsellor for Family and Relationship Crisis Centre in Bedfordshire, for a charity counsellor and now in private practise with Adults in the Hitchin and Letchworth and also offers online counselling sessions.

Janet is a trained integrative counsellor with a background in Psychodynamic, Person Centred approaches. She has wide experience working with the following issues such as bereavement, losses, relationship breakdown, abuse, stress, depression, anxiety and is particular experience in working with the trauma of domestic and sexual abuse.
