After 17 years in the youth and community service, Sue has worked for the last 25 years in counselling, supervision and training with 15 years in private practice.  She is an accredited Integrative counsellor, with a background of training in Psychodynamic and Humanistic theory, supported by further training through a mixture of courses, research and training development with a variety of awarding bodies.  She has particular experience in working with groups, with trauma and critical incidents and with psychodynamic experiencing. She writes on a  variety of issues and is currently engaged in further research through the University of Hertfordshire.  Sue works for the NHS in staff counselling and for various EAP companies in addition to seeing private clients.
